Local Store Marketing Consultant
Bakery Cafe chain with over 100 franchise restaurants throughout the US
is looking for a Chicago based field marketing professional to build sales
through franchisee training and hands-on implementation of LSM programs.
Candidate should be self-motivated, results-oriented, w/ strong analytical
& communication skills, and have a passion for retail.
Daily duties include the creation and implementation of individual
restaurant marketing plans. Including media purchasing, onsite store
openings, organize market campaigns, make turnaround plans, and teach
local store marketing tactics and procedures.
Approximately 20% overnight travel required.
Successful candidate should have:
- Agency experience
- Foodservice marketing and franchise experience is a plus
- 5+ years experience
- Proficiency in MS Office® software essential
- Knowledge of graphics software is a plus
